About Me

I have always loved giving and receiving massage and am focusing on all things that I love including, holistic therapies and learning various massage techniques.

I offer a unique massage based on either of the following techniques or a mixture of them both *most popular:

Swedish Massage (the classic massage) – this massage is designed to help you relax, give you more energy and may help after an injury. Swedish massage involves long, kneading strokes combined with rhythmic tapping strokes and movement of the joints.
This type of massage targets the uppermost layer of muscles and aims to relieve muscle tension. It increases blood circulation and moves metabolic waste out of the body and boosts the nervous system, which helps relieve pain and reduce tension.

Deep Tissue Massage – A deep tissue massage is a more forceful technique that targets deep layers of muscle and the surrounding tissues. Some of the strokes are similar to those of Swedish massage, but the intensity helps release tension in the deeper layers of muscle and in the connective tissues, or fascia, beneath the muscles.
This massage is usually better for people looking to treat sports injuries or specific areas of chronic pain.

Massage is a personal experience, I will tailor the treatments based on your requirements. We can determine what is best for you in the initial consultation when we first meet.

I am fully qualified.

My home is Carshalton, Sutton, SM5 2NH and can travel in the surrounding areas.
